Training for senior

National guidelines state that older Australians should aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise (for example, brisk walking, sports, gardening or swimming).

Only 35% of people over 65 years old are reported that they are doing sufficient regular exercises.

37% of people reported that they are doing insufficient regular exercises.

28% of people reported they are not doing ANY physical activities (See this).

Your Home is your gym

ATfitnessPT use an unique approach. You will exercise at your home.
You only need a small space to perform the workout. 
Example: Garage, living room, back yard.
So if you have a little kid to look after you can still keep your eye on them.
One of the big benefits is you do not have to pay for a child mining service.
I have tried a child mining service at the gym when my kids were little. They kept crying while I was doing a workout. I gave up going to the gym. I attended kids friendly outdoor group training in Mt. Isa QLD (We used to live there.)
All Mums and Dad with little kids should have an opportunity to keep active and fit.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.

My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. 

I have a passion for changing people’s life to be active and healthy.

In the past years, I’ve worked with people with chronic diseases as a Registered Nurse in community setting. I witnessed that healthy lifestyle including regular exercises and healthy eating habits improve people’s quality of life.

It is more effective if people start doing regular exercises and eating healthy diets in early stage of life, however it is NEVER late to start to get active and healthy.

You just need to start NOW!!!

Certificate 4 in Fitness. 

Registered Exercise professional at AUSactive (former Fitness Australia)

Registered Nurse. (Experience working with people with chronic disease).

Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Chronic Disease Health Care in Nursing) at QUT

Blue / Yellow card holder

CPR, First Aid

I am fluent in English and Japanese.

FAQs

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

My personal trainer session is a mobile service. You do not have to go to the gym for exercise. I come to your home or your local park.  I provide a holistic personal training session that includes fitness goal analysis, posture assessment, body composition measurement and exercise programming.
You can see me once a week, a few times a week, once fortnight or once a month. It is depend on your fitness goal and your fitness levels.  We can discuss to make your plan at the first consultation.

What do I do if I am sick?

If you have any of the following symptoms, no matter how mild, please let me know in advance.

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Sore throat

  • Shortness of breath

  • Runny nose

  • Fatigue

  • Loss of smell and/or taste

  • Diarrhoea

  • Vomiting or nausea

I can put on hold your PT session. ATfitnessPT will not see you until you get better.

What do I need for the session?

You need a pair of shoes that you can comfortably do exercise, a towel, a water bottle, a hat(if you prefer to do the session outdoor), sunscreen (if it is outside) and your passion to be healthy.
